Overview
HK-K2LB (K5LB) automatic air source, is a GC dedicated instrument, can be completely able to meet any domestic or overseas model of gas chromatograph, It is also an ideal alternative upgrading product to high pressure air bottle. And is named as qualified analysis instrument by the national supervision and inspection center.
HK-K2LB type: Output flow 0~2000ml/min(at 0.4MPa)
HK-K5LB type: Output flow 0~5000ml/min(at 0.4MPa)
Features
Simple operation: Save manual labor for moving the nitrogen cylinder, user just opens the power switch, the generator can supplies a steady amount of air, and it features automatic waterproof function, waterproof time is 1 ~ 5 seconds, user should pull the plug when the instrument is not working for a long time.
Advanced technology: We adopt fully enclosed compressor with small vibration and low noise, also the primary air inlet filter and two-stage gas filter make air purification at a high degree, pressure regulating ranges from 0 to 0.4 MPa, pressure accuracy range is less than 0.002 MPa
Long operation life: Air tank outlet part is equipped with pressure controller, it starts to work when the tank pressure drops to 0.6 MPa. Also our air source is equipped with low pressure launching device, which ensures host startup pressure points to zero. The two devices improve the host service life a lot longer
Safe and reliable: The equipment compressor is equipped with automatic power-off protection device, it would start when the compressor shell temperature is higher than 80degree
