Product Description

HK-N500 nitrogen generator regards constant pressure pure air as the feed gas, we adopts the electrocatalysis technology to generate nitrogen. We use precious metal for catalytic layer content, which greatly increases the nitrogen purity. All automatic process control with stable flow and nitrogen production.
Our H HK-N500 nitrogen generator can be completely able to meet any domestic or overseas model GC (gas chromatograph) use.


Automatic emptying function: The generator equipped with automatic emptying device, which avoids manually cumbersome emptying and wrong operation, that can ensure 30 min automatic emptying after starting up.
Process control: The generator adopts special-purpose chip for the control system to make all the working process completed by automatic program. Automatic constant pressure, current, and nitrogen flow is implemented automatic adjustment according to the gas chromatograph 0 ~ 500 ml/min
Advanced technology: Electrolytic tank adopts the latest membrane separation technology, use the precious metal content as catalytic layer, that makes the electrolytic tank catalytic ability highly efficient, we do more than 100 hours of t aging test for the electrolytic tank before delivery, which ensures the electrolytic tank performance and working condition highly stable.
Immersion type electrolytic tank: Good cooling performance while electrolytic tank is working, no need forced circulation. High efficiency for the whole electrolytic process, and we equip one-way valves on the electrolytic tank inlet and outlet, which make ensure internal pressure of the electrolytic tank under 0.15 MPa at any circumstance. Fundamentally solve the out-liquid phenomenon.
3 levels catalytic: Equipped with third catalytic, besides the two stage catalytic in electrolytic tank. We use new type precious metal catalysts, which made oxygen content less than 3 PPM
Low nitrogen humidity: We adopt the ultra-high molecular weight osmosis membrane separation technology and effective dehumidification device, thus reducing the original humidity, also can discharge water automatically after downtime. We used metal polymer dehumidification and two-stage absorption, which greatly increases nitrogen purity.
Convenient operation: Save manual labor for moving the nitrogen cylinder, user just opens the power switch, the generator can supplies a steady amount of nitrogen, also our generator can work continuously or intermittently
